Welcome to Royal Oak Taphouse. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, energetic, and enjoyable environment for all guests. To maintain the atmosphere and experience of our establishment, all guests are expected to follow the policies and guidelines outlined below. Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who does not comply with these standards.

General House Policy

Guests must conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, management, entertainers, and other patrons at all times.
Disorderly conduct, harassment, aggressive behavior, threats, vandalism, intoxication, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Royal Oak Taphouse reserves the right to refuse service or entry at management discretion.
All guests entering the establishment consent to following house rules and policies.

Dress Code Policy

Royal Oak Taphouse maintains a fashionable, clean, upscale-casual atmosphere. Proper attire is required at all times.

Not Permitted:

Extremely dirty or heavily stained clothing
Clothing with offensive, hateful, violent, or explicit graphics/language
Excessively torn clothing exposing undergarments
Bathrobes, blankets, or sleeping bags
No shoes or shirts
Strong body odor or visibly unhygienic appearance
Face coverings that conceal identity unless required for medical or religious reasons
Large bags, carts, or oversized personal belongings that disrupt guest experience
Bare feet or inappropriate swimwear

Management Discretion

Management reserves the right to determine whether attire is appropriate for the environment and may deny entry to maintain the comfort, cleanliness, and atmosphere of the venue.

Age & Identification Policy

Valid government-issued photo ID is required for alcohol service.
Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
Fake IDs will be confiscated when permitted by law and authorities may be contacted.
Certain events or late-night hours may be restricted to guests 21+ only.

Alcohol Service Policy

Royal Oak Taphouse promotes responsible alcohol consumption.

We Will Not Serve:

Intoxicated individuals
Guests providing alcohol to minors
Guests behaving aggressively or irresponsibly

Management May:

Limit alcohol service at any time
Refuse service without warning
Arrange transportation assistance if needed

Reservation & Seating Policy

Reservations may have time limits during peak business hours.
Incomplete parties may experience delayed seating.
Management may release reserved tables after a grace period.
Large party reservations may require deposits.
Outside decorations, balloons, confetti, or entertainment must receive prior approval.

Event & Entertainment Policy

Live music, DJs, sporting events, and entertainment schedules are subject to change.
Guests may be photographed or recorded during public events for promotional purposes.
Disruptive behavior during events may result in removal without refund.

Sports Viewing Policy

Royal Oak Taphouse is committed to providing an exciting sports-viewing experience.

Audio selections and featured games are determined by management.
Seating for major sporting events is first come, first served unless reserved.
Excessive harassment toward players, fans, staff, or guests will not be tolerated.

Outside Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food or beverages are not permitted unless approved by management.
Celebration cakes/desserts may require prior authorization and service fees.

Payment Policy

We accept major credit/debit cards and approved payment methods.
Tabs left open may have gratuity added automatically.
Chargebacks involving valid signed receipts may be disputed.

Harassment & Safety Policy

Royal Oak Taphouse has zero tolerance for:

Sexual harassment
Racism or discrimination
Threatening behavior
Physical violence
Harassment toward employees or guests

Any violation may result in permanent banning and law enforcement involvement.

Property Damage Policy

Guests are financially responsible for any intentional damage caused to furniture, fixtures, equipment, décor, restrooms, patios, televisions, or property.

Smoking & Substance Policy

Smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use is prohibited except in designated permitted areas where applicable by law.
Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Parking Policy

Guests park at their own risk.
Unauthorized overnight parking may result in towing.
Royal Oak Taphouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or vehicles.

Photography & Social Media Policy

By entering the premises, guests acknowledge they may appear in photos or videos used for promotional or marketing purposes.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Pets may be restricted unless approved for patio/service areas.

Lost & Found Policy

Royal Oak Taphouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Found items may be held for a limited period before disposal.

Right to Refuse Service

Royal Oak Taphouse reserves the right to:

Refuse service to anyone
Remove disruptive individuals
Enforce all policies at management discretion
Modify policies without prior notice
